Philippe Lambilliotte

Philippe Lambilliotte has more than 20 years experience negotiating and drafting complex agreements and completing major business transactions. Philippe is a graduate in Law of the Universities of Brussels and Cambridge UK, has a management diploma from IMD and is a Certified Business Mediator. Philippe was a lawyer with the leading UK law firm Slaughter and May for seven years, based in London, Paris and Brussels.
He then co-founded WinStar Europe in 1998 , the European subsidiary of a US telecom operator, where he was responsible for legal affairs and business development. Philippe joined Toyota Motor Europe in 2001 as Director & General Counsel, responsible for all legal affairs for European operations, based in the European headquarters in Brussels.
In 2006 he joined Toyota Motorsport GmbH, the company responsible for Toyota’s motorsport activities (including F1) as General Counsel, where he is responsible for major contracts such as Sponsorship Agreements and Driver Contracts. Philippe is an active investor in several companies and as partner in the Investment Funds Sherpa 1 and 2 and holds various board positions.

Fabrizio has more than twenty years of experience in business management, corporate strategy and M&A.
He currently owns two bricks & mortar start-up companies: Goolfy (manufacturing of family entertainment centers) and BodySano (diet centers franchising network).
Fabrizio was the former CFO of Think Tools AG and member of the executive committee with direct responsibility for finance, investor relations, human resources, business development and Asian expansion.
Piloted the IPO on the Swiss New Market in March 2000, where the company raised over CHF150m and reached a market cap of CHF2bn at its peak.
Fabrizio worked previously at LEK Consulting in Paris, Milan and Brussels, then as Associate Director of the French strategy practice at Arthur D. Little in Paris.

She has been living and working in Europe and Japan as event/project manager and PR Officer, organizing several art exhibitions, concerts, film festivals etc. for the Italian Cultural Institute and the Embassy of Italy in Tokyo. Thereafter, she has been working for international events such as “Venice International Film Festival” and “Rome International Film Festival”.
She has experienced also collaborations in the field of TV & Audiovisual production, especially for Japanese media.
